Coating Services

Manganese Phosphate Coatings are a family of coatings that offer excellent corrosion protection, anti-galling and lubricity. They are especially useful in projects that require sliding of parts, such as automotive engines and transmission systems.

Are applied only by immersion. These coatings offer continued wear protection after the breaking in of components that are subject to wearing. In comparison to zinc phosphate coatings, manganese phosphate coatings are harder, while providing unbeatable corrosion and abrasion protection.

Pickling & Passivation- Stainless steel can corrode in service if there is contamination of the surface. Both pickling and passivation are chemical treatments applied to the surface of stainless steel to remove contaminants and assist the formation of a continuous chromium-oxide, passive film.

Description

Stainless steel is used in many industries from automotive, aerospace, construction, marine, oil and gas just to name a few. When stainless steel is exposed to aggressive chemicals or environments it can become contaminated with oxides or chlorides that may cause pitting or crevice corrosion. The most common method for treating stainless steel before fabrication is pickling which involves immersion in an acid solution followed by rinsing with water then neutralizing with caustic soda solution.

Blasting & Painting Services- We are a professional metal blasting and painting service provider. We offer a wide range of services designed to solve all types of corrosion-related problems, including sandblasting, painting, industrial coatings, and linings.

We have the hi-tech facility for our blasting & painting booths with dust collection system, dust recovery system and painting booth with ventilation chamber system to reduce the environmental destruction of the metal by the climate.
