CNC Lathe Operator x 2 Nos (UAE/KSA)

Job Description:

The CNC Lathe Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC lathes to produce precision parts. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working independently in UAE and KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine set up and programming requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that parts meet specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC lathes to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the turning process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Key Skills and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of CNC turning operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working independently.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in programming CNC turning machines.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet production targets.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working independently.
• Certification in CNC programming is preferred.
