When your components don’t require the micrometre tolerances of our advanced CNC machining technology, our traditional machining centre is a cost-effective alternative.
Falcon’s state-of-the-art facility comprises the conventional machines for performing turning, drilling milling, slotting and shaping.
Falcon’s skilled and experienced engineers are able to reverse engineer components from old worn/broken samples to manufacturing new ones. Regularly manufactured components include Oilfield components including downhole equipment, Pump & Valve components, Pressure and Hydraulic cylinders, Gears & Sheaves, Propeller shaft, Mandrills etc.
