CNC Supervisor (KSA)

Job Description:

The CNC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the CNC milling and turning operations of the company. They will be responsible for leading a team of CNC machinists and programmers, ensuring that production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in both milling and turning operations and possess the ability to program machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the CNC milling and turning operations of the company.
• Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead a team of CNC machinists and programmers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize CNC operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the CNC milling and turning process.
• Program machines as needed to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of CNC tooling and supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Key Skills and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of CNC milling and turning operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in both milling and turning operations.
• Ability to lead a team and provide guidance and support.
• Proficiency in programming CNC machines.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in both milling and turning operations is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Certifications:
• Certification in CNC programming is preferred.
